Karlock came to my new home to rekey all the locks to one key and was fast, friendly, and an overall great value when I had so many other things to deal with. 2 years later when one of the exterior door handles broke off, I just called him up to arrange a time, picked up a new handle set at Menards, then used his drive up service where he rekeyed the new set to match my current key. I recently changed the batteries in my electronic keypad to my safe. Afterwards, I tried to open the safe and it would not. I contact Karl at Karlock in Vernon Hills, IL. When everything else failed, Karlock saved the day. I needed to have a key made for our car ASAP. . .I tried the dealer; I tried Batteries Plus neither was able to help me.
