Recently I phoned your company, Karlock, on a cold and windy New Year’s evening for help in entering my home after the door knob came loose in my hand upon trying to enter my home. Just two weeks previous I had a deadbolt and regular front door lock installed by a handyman. The installation was done improperly and I was left out in the cold on this evening.

I was impressed with your professionalism and thoroughness. Not only did you come promptly even though it was a holiday, you also showed me exactly what was wrong with the existing installation; that the screws used for the handyman installation were of the wrong size resulting in a faulty locking system. I appreciated your time in explaining more secure options for locking system that were previously unknown to me. I subsequently ordered new locks from you and am very happy with the installation and the professionalism of your company.
